Make verified and incentivized labels say what happened

Keep purchase verification and review incentives as separate facts, then disclose each in language shoppers can understand.

“Verified” and “incentivized” answer different questions. Keep them as separate fields and separate labels.

A verified-purchase label says the review provider matched the submission to whatever purchase evidence its process accepts. It does not prove that every statement is accurate, that the reviewer used the product for long enough, or that no incentive existed. An incentivized label says the reviewer received or could receive something of value. It does not make the review false.
