Refund Policy
Last updated:
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchasing The Ecom Atlas, wherever you live.
1. Worldwide 14-day refund
You may request a full refund for the $97 USD Founding Edition purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. This promise applies worldwide.
Email hello@theecomatlas.com before the 14-day period ends and identify the email used for purchase or activation. We will return the refund to the original payment method and end access tied to that purchase.
After 14 days, we do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, failure to use the library, dissatisfaction with a topic, or results that differ from your expectations.
2. Rights the law does not let us waive
Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Depending on where you live, mandatory consumer law may provide a longer cancellation period, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy beyond our voluntary 14-day policy. Email hello@theecomatlas.com if you believe a mandatory right applies. We will not require you to waive a right that applicable law does not let us waive.
3. EEA and UK cancellation form
The worldwide refund above provides at least the same 14-day request period. EEA and UK consumers may also use the following model cancellation form to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Use of the form is optional.
To Ecom Iman LLC, 1111 6th Ave, Ste 550 PMB 899398, San Diego, CA 92101, United States; hello@theecomatlas.com:
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service: The Ecom Atlas digital content.
Ordered on/received on: [date]
Name of consumer(s): [name]
Address of consumer(s): [address]
Signature of consumer(s): [only if this form is submitted on paper]
Date: [date]
This Policy does not ask you to waive a statutory withdrawal right. If applicable law gives you a longer period or additional remedy, that law controls.
4. Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Mandatory consumer law may provide repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedies if digital content is faulty, materially not as described, or not supplied. Contact hello@theecomatlas.com with the purchase email and a description of the problem so we can investigate and provide any remedy the law requires.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge you did not authorize, contact hello@theecomatlas.com. Include:
- the email address used for purchase or activation;
- the receipt or Checkout Session reference, if available;
- the charge date and amount; and
- a short description of the problem.
Do not email a full card number, security code, password, or magic sign-in link. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. A refund or payment reversal may end access associated with that purchase.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate a billing problem quickly. This request does not take away any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
If a chargeback or payment dispute reverses the purchase, we may suspend the related access while the dispute is pending and revoke it if the reversal becomes final. We may provide Stripe or the card network with transaction, access, and support records reasonably needed to respond to the dispute.
7. Contact
Refund and billing questions may be sent to hello@theecomatlas.com. We typically reply within 7 business days.
