Terms of Service

The Ecom Atlas is operated by Ecom Iman LLC (the “Company”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Company.

By purchasing, activating, or using The Ecom Atlas, you agree to these Terms. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

A $97 USD one-time purchase of the Founding Edition gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user licence to access the gated online learning library, subject to these Terms. You do not buy ownership of the content or software.

Access is tied to the email address used at Stripe Checkout. We send a magic sign-in link to that address. You are responsible for entering an address you control and keeping your email account secure.

There is no subscription or automatic renewal. We may offer a launch or promotional coupon subject to the terms shown with that offer. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount charged before you submit payment.

The library is in progress. Your purchase includes unlimited access to the lessons published when you buy and to lessons later added to the Founding Edition for at least three years from the purchase date. After that minimum period, access continues for as long as The Ecom Atlas is offered by the Company or a successor operator that assumes this access obligation. Access is not tied to the continued existence of Ecom Iman LLC by itself.

If The Ecom Atlas will discontinue access after your three-year minimum period, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice by email or a prominent service notice where reasonably possible.

We may edit, reorganize, replace, or remove material to keep the library accurate and useful. We do not promise any particular future lesson, feature, amount of content, update schedule, or delivery date. “Founding Edition” is the product edition name; it does not give you equity, ownership, or a role in the Company.

You may use the library for your own learning and apply what you learn in your own work. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit the library or a substantial part of it;
• share magic links, session credentials, or access with another person;
• scrape, crawl, systematically download, copy, or create a competing library from the content;
• bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully; or
• remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Brief quotations for commentary or other uses permitted by law are not prohibited by this section.

The Ecom Atlas provides general educational information about ecommerce. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, accessibility, or other professional advice. It does not create a professional-client relationship.

Your store, customers, technology, market, and legal obligations are specific to you. You are responsible for evaluating the content, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, testing changes safely, and complying with applicable law and platform rules.

We do not guarantee revenue, conversion-rate improvements, rankings, compliance, or any other result.

The Company and its licensors own The Ecom Atlas, including its text, curriculum structure, software, design, graphics, trademarks, and other materials. Except for the licence in section 2 and rights the law gives you, no rights are transferred.

We may suspend access while investigating suspected fraud, security issues, or misuse. We may terminate your licence and access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms. When reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to stop or correct the breach; we may act immediately where needed to protect the service, the Company, or others.

Termination does not limit rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections concerning acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, wherever you live. Email hello@theecomatlas.com within that period. Access tied to the refunded purchase will end. See the Refund Policy.

This worldwide promise does not limit a longer cancellation period or another consumer right that applicable law gives you.

Mandatory remedies may also apply if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. These Terms do not replace those remedies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ECOM ATLAS AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AVAILABILITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ECOM ATLAS.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.

If you are a consumer, this section does not take away mandatory protections or a forum that the law of your home jurisdiction gives you.

The Ecom Atlas is offered worldwide where lawful. Availability remains subject to payment-network, sanctions, export, tax, and other legal restrictions that may apply to a particular transaction.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice on the site or by email where appropriate.

Changes apply prospectively. We will not retroactively reduce the core access rights attached to a completed purchase without your agreement, except where a change is required by law or necessary to protect the service or others.
