Stop reading blended conversion rate
Segment the top-line rate to locate where the mix changed without calling the segment a cause.
Skip this if Pre-launch stores without sessions, orders, or a comparison baseline
A blended conversion rate is an outcome of several different traffic populations. Read it as an alert, not a diagnosis.
The rate can change because a segment converted differently, because the share of sessions in each segment changed, or both. A store can therefore show a lower blended rate while every important segment is stable, simply because more sessions arrived from a lower-intent source.
