Choose the right bundle or kit structure
Define the shopper choice and operating model before selecting a Shopify bundle implementation.
Do not start with an app. Start with what the shopper is allowed to choose and what the operation must recognize after the order lands.
The decision: define the bundle as fixed, multipack, or mix-and-match, then select the least fragile Shopify implementation that preserves inventory, pricing, fulfillment, returns, and reporting.
