When two sensible people rank the same backlog differently, the disagreement is useful evidence. It exposes which assumptions, goals, or dependencies they do not share.
Use one scoring model with written anchors, evidence beside every score, and an explicit override rule. The model does not make prioritization objective; it makes the reasoning comparable and leaves a decision record.
