Connect email to on-site behavior with stable campaign identifiers and a verified landing-to-order event path. Report the result as attributed activity under named rules, not as proof that the email caused the order.
Google Analytics uses UTM parameters to identify campaign-referred traffic and recommends consistent source, medium, and campaign values.[1] Its attribution documentation defines attribution as assigning credit through a model.[2] That distinction matters because an email platform, GA4, and Shopify can use different windows, identities, order states, and credit rules.
