Run browse abandonment only when the store can connect a meaningful product view to an eligible person and can still represent that product honestly at send time.
Browsing is weaker intent than adding to cart or starting checkout. Shopify Messaging treats abandoned product browse, cart, and checkout as distinct automation types.[1] Keep them distinct. If someone moved into a stronger state, the browse message should stop rather than compete with cart or checkout recovery.
