An audit finding should describe one observed condition before it receives a grade. “The PDP needs work” is a topic. “The size selector hides unavailable combinations on three tested mobile PDPs” is a finding somebody can inspect and investigate.
Grade that one finding on three visible parts: evidence, severity, and observed scope. Keep the parts separate. The grade prepares the finding for later roadmap comparison; it does not rank the roadmap itself.
